Thank you for shopping at Sana's Fragrances! We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all your orders across Pakistan.


🚚 Delivery Partner

We proudly use PostEx as our official courier service to ensure secure and timely delivery of your products.


📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Pakistan only. Orders placed from outside Pakistan will not be processed at this time.


⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email with tracking details.


🚛 Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Remote Areas: 4–6 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen courier delays.


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: PKR 250

  • Free Shipping: Order over PKR 3,500

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout.


🔁 Failed Delivery / Reattempt

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, PostEx will make up to 2 reattempts. You may also be contacted by the rider for coordination.
